Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances – you can reschedule your appointment on one occasion and this must be done no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Please note that for some procedures where numbing cream is required, you may have this applied in the clinic waiting room where other patients will be in attendance. If this will be a problem, please contact in advance.

Under NO circumstances will we treat;
Anyone under the age of 18
Pregnant women
Anyone with a transmittable blood infection
Anyone undergoing or recently undergone chemotherapy or radiotherapy

Asymmetry is a normal part of the healing process and is to be expected. A natural asymmetry is apparent in every individual, although some are more apparent than others and therefore may be even more visible during the healing process due to swelling. It is possible the dermal filler products may bind with parts of the face more effectively than others. Any follow up appointments which are needed will be charged at the regular rate. Should complications develop from the filler injections, any medical costs would be the patient’s responsibility. We do not, under any circumstances, offer a partial or full refund.
